On Wednesday 1st February, Michael backed the Bone Cancer Research Trust in their ‘The Biggest Fight Against Bone Cancer – Ever!’ campaign.
The Bone Cancer Research Trust is dedicated to fighting primary bone cancer and Michael was delighted to support their aim to raise £1.1m in 2017.
During an event for the charity in Parliament, Michael met Matt Cottle-Shaw, from Hemingfield, who is the Head of Fundraising and Communications at the Bone Cancer Research Trust. His father Lawrence was diagnosed with bone cancer at 23 and died 17 years later in 1997.
